Getting There
Rastey — All Roads to the Garden
The Suryaa sits on MMA Road in New Friends Colony, just off Mathura Road. Delhi will get you there five different ways.
By Metro
Nearest station: Sukhdev Vihar (Magenta Line), about 10 minutes by auto. Ashram (Pink Line) is a short ride away via Mathura Road.
By Car
The Suryaa sits on MMA Road, New Friends Colony — enter via Mathura Road. Valet and hotel parking are available; ride-hailing drop-off is at the main porte-cochère.
By Rail
Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station is about 15 minutes by cab. New Delhi Railway Station is 30–40 minutes depending on traffic.
By Air
IGI Airport is 40–50 minutes by cab. The Magenta Line from Terminal 1 to Sukhdev Vihar is often faster at peak hours.

- Carry a valid photo ID matching your ticket
- Dress light — Delhi in August is warm; carry an umbrella for monsoon showers
- Arrive early for the mushaira; halls fill by 7 PM
- Use the water stations — bring a bottle
- Ask volunteers in gold scarves for help, anytime
Please don’t
- No outside food, alcohol or smoking on the venue premises
- No drones or professional rigs without a media pass
- No pets, except certified assistance animals
- Please keep aisles and fire exits clear during performances
- No flash photography during baithak performances

Cloakroom, wheelchairs, first aid & lost-and-found sit at Gate 1.
Volunteers in gold scarves roam every lawn — if you're lost, cold, or can’t find the qawwali, ask them anything.
